I have an integrative approach by working holistically addressing physical, emotional, social, spiritual and intellectual health with individuals, groups, couples and in corporate work environments.
I utilise aspects of Positive Psychology, Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, Attachment Styles, Systems Theory and Imago Therapy within the work. Combining these psychological therapeutic tools with philosophical aspects of Eastern Spirituality & Buddhist Psychology, together with breath work, mindfulness and meditation, allows for deeper awareness of the self as a holistic entity.
Specialisation (but not exclusive to); relationship and marriage counselling, corporate wellness & workshops, anxiety, stress management, depression, loss, grief, bereavement, existential crisis, trauma, life changes, death acceptance, mindfulness meditation, wellness techniques and cognitive behavioural work.
My approach is warm, culturally sensitive and collaborative. Together we investigate core beliefs that underpin all our behaviour and habits, to help clear negative ones and to allow for healing and growth. Holistic counselling is about a partnership. I am not here to tell you how to live your life, I am here to guide and facilitate your self discovery by accessing your own inner wisdom and breaking down the patterns that hold you back. Through understanding, positive change, self acceptance, being present in the now, the healing and growth begins. I strongly believe in somatic work, feeling emotional truth in the body can be extremely powerful. If we sink deeper into our physical beings through relaxation techniques, our emotions can become more honest and the release can be more effective than just 'talk' work.

I am interested in individual development, growth and how that manifests in our relationships with partners, with colleagues, lovers and friends. We understand ourselves through the other and in all our relationships be it at work or at home; the other holds up the daily mirror. The only part we have control over is how we react to the system and people around us. I am a lover of what is and a believer in having control over the outcome of our lives. I believe our thoughts can create our realities and sometimes we need to break negative thought patterns and ‘drop the story’ in order to shift our present understanding of our truths. I am direct and solution based, I supply practical tools that can be used to see immediate, positive results. We cannot change our past life experience or necessarily our present reality but, we most certainly can adjust our thoughts and the story we attach to those thoughts.

It is a privilege to bear witness to your specific individuation in the group or family or work collective. Each story is unique to an individual's experience yet, at the same time, can be comfortingly universal. It takes courage to face one's emotional state and reality head on.
